Day 30 - San Diego

Today was our last day in San Diego and we still had so much that we wanted to fit in, so we had to prioritise. First it was a trip out to the San Diego Zoo Wild Animal Park (very similar to Werribee Park at home). After a few hours visiting all the animals we headed back to the Maritime Museum where we went on the Soviet Submarine and the pirate ship from Master & Commander. A few quick shopping trips and then it was off to dinner with Eric, Michelle and Alex. We enjoyed a great dinner but it was sad to farewell them as it might be a long time before we catch up again - we are trying to talk them in to coming to Australia.
